Simplify and start again

This is a 20 minute meditation that can be done either seated or lying down. I previously called it “Unplug to find meaning” but felt like this new name was more appropriate. It’s designed to help you quite literally unplug from all your existing actual or perceived responsibilities so that you feel light and weightless.

But as humans we are complex in nature, and therefore the second half of this meditation helps you bring to mind all that you are grateful for, so you step out of the meditation reminded of what matters most. For me, this meditation gives me purpose and helps me let go of the relentless pressure I place on myself endlessly. It’s such a nice feeling.
